Welcome to My Fan Vault. By accessing or using our website, placing an order, or messaging us on WhatsApp, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Returns Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

To place an order or use our services, you must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (usually 18 or 21). By ordering, you confirm that:

• You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
• All information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.
• You will use our services only for lawful purposes.
• You are not located in a country subject to trade embargoes or sanctions.

My Fan Vault offers limited-edition fan cards, collectibles, and fan experiences. All product descriptions, images, and availability are provided in good faith, but:

• Limited editions are truly limited. Once a card sells out, it is never reprinted.
• Colors, finishes, and packaging may vary slightly from images.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing or availability errors before an order is fulfilled.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed only after we have received and verified payment.

• Payment methods: Apple Gift Cards (main method), plus Chime, PayPal, and Zelle on request.
• Payment must be verified before any order enters processing.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for suspected fraud, abuse, or unauthorized activity.
• Pricing is displayed on each product page. Taxes and shipping are explained before purchase.

Shipping timelines and options are explained on our Shipping Info page. By ordering, you agree that:

• Processing times are 1–3 business days before dispatch.
• Delivery estimates are approximate and may vary based on location, customs, and courier delays.
• Digital items — QR codes, NFTs — are delivered by email within 24 hours.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon confirmed delivery to the address you provided.

Refunds and returns are governed by our Returns Policy. In summary:

• Unopened physical items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Activated digital items (QR codes, NFTs) are non-refundable.
• Damaged or incorrect items are replaced free of charge.
• Order cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of placement.

VIP experiences — including personalized videos, birthday shoutouts, virtual meet-ups, and event access — are subject to availability and organizer verification.

• Submitting an inquiry does not confirm a booking.
• Every experience is confirmed in writing before it is finalized.
• Meet-and-greets are not guaranteed unless explicitly confirmed in writing.
• Experiences that require scheduling are subject to time zone and star availability.

All content on My Fan Vault — including logos, card designs, artwork, images, text, and digital content — is owned by or licensed to My Fan Vault. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute our content for commercial purposes.
• Resell our digital content, QR access, or NFT assets.
• Use our brand name or logo without written permission.

By using My Fan Vault, you agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload our website or servers.
• Submit fraudulent payment information or misuse gift cards.
• Impersonate My Fan Vault or any other person or entity.
• Use our services to harass, threaten, or abuse our team or other customers.
• Scrape, copy, or mine data from our website without written permission.

My Fan Vault provides its website and services "as is". While we strive for accuracy and reliability, we cannot guarantee that:

• The website will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
• All content will be free from inaccuracies or typographical errors.
• Experiences will always be available when requested.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Fan Vault is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our site, products, or services.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technology, or legal requirements. When we make significant changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
